All Pre-orders is just that a pre-order. When purchasing pre-order products. It can take any where from 1-3 weeks before your order is mailed out. I do my best to get all orders out in a timely manner. 

When placing your pre-order you understand how long it takes. PRE-ORDERS CAN NOT AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED UNDER ANY CERCUMSTANCES! Please Note: *all sales are final and therefore the product may not be returned for a refund!
